In a promotional email viewed by CBC News, discounts for travel to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa were offered with a bold declaration that there is no fuel deficit impacting operations, including in Europe, with no significant disruptions foreseen throughout the summer.
Lufthansa, a European airline, declared in an online statement that most airlines in Europe are confident about the absence of jet fuel shortages, which also applies to their own operations.
