U.S. President Donald Trump granted several pipeline permits on Wednesday to enhance the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products between the U.S. and Canada. The White House documents confirmed the issuance of a permit for a new pipeline construction project. The Bakken Pipeline Company received the authorization to construct pipeline facilities in Burke County, N.D.
Additionally, permits were issued for the maintenance and operation of existing pipelines at border locations, which include: Bakken Pipeline Company for operating and maintaining pipeline facilities in Burke County, N.D.; Enbridge Energy for managing existing pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Mich.; and Enbridge Energy for overseeing existing pipeline facilities in Pembina County, N.D.
